How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Hopedmarine Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Hopedmarine Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Hopedmarine Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@hopedmarine.garden and include the following:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write to Us
We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
